The beauty of going out with a SWFC fan is you get to know this kind of thing! ;)

Nice to see Molineux Mix isn't the only board with a fine set of intelligent contributors...

Deja vu or what? Have we sold the Owls some old MM threads as well?
It's like being stuck in a looped time warp. Get me out of here!

Have to say the forwards on display yesterday offered far more than LC did for Wolves.

Quite!
I saw more encouraging forward play from Keogh and Ward in 1 game yesterday than I saw in 3 years of watching Clarke - good riddance!

That is a bit of an understatement Essex :D . I hope Leon does well all the same and i cant see the point of badmouthing the lad by many on here.

How much did we get for the threads? Moxey should be forced to tell all!

People badmouth those still at the club so why shouldn't they do it about one who has gone? :D

I live and work in Sheffield. Anybody would think that i'd sold and driven Leon up to Hillsborough personally, given the level of animosity towards me generated by Leons purchase.

Wolves received £300k guaranteed plus 20% sell on and, should SWed get promoted a further £150k, not that I can ever see them getting to the Prem League...still a nice piece of business!

I don't wish poor Leon any ill will, after all he is one of ours. However, apart from a few brief spells he looked lower league. Also, he never looked like a footballer so it was always hard to be convinced that he could make it at Wolves.

why is there always a group of tools insisiting that players are crap because they're not match fit?
i dont remember leon breaking a leg or anything, and seem to remember he played for us quite recently.
maybe he should cut down on his porklife?

there's a couple of very astute owls on there. Particularly the one who referred to Leon Clarke as Adam Proudlock mark 2.

Agreed. He didn't deserve the stick he got at times but that's so called support for you.

A good bit of business if the money went toward Ward or Keough

I was one of the few that sympathised with Leon Clarke before and thought he just needed that break. However after seeing Ward and keogh I think he is hopeless. 250k was good money for him. Pity we ripped off those Yorkshire lads!!!
