there are lots of lines, when I eventually got through last week i was 20th in the Q!! but i got the "sorry all our lines r busy at present" message about 20 times before I got through.

If you have ordered match tickets before the Wednesday of a game, then your tickets will be posted to you. If you have ordered tickets between Wednesday and the morning of the game, your tickets will be left at Ticket Collection for you to pick up, which is located outside the main Ticket Office in the Stan Cullis stand.
So....$$$$ knows. Play it by ear, they might come by Saturday as it's a Sunday match

It just gets better and better doesn't it. So ST holders can go online buy 4 tickets and flog em on ebay or do whatever the $$$$ they want to with them.

Firstly you can't sell football tickets on ebay, and secondly I have purchased 30 tickets this season for my hubby/sister/brother and inlaws. They have been to more than half the home fixtures as they also pay on the turnstiles. My tickets are for them and I certainly wouldn't risk selling them to strangers as I am ultimately responsible for them, and would noway risk our season tickets being taken from us.
But yes in theory I suppose you could sell that to whom you like at whatever price you like.

they usually post them to the address that is registered with them, but i would email or contact them as they may also keep them back for box office collection on the day, If that is the case get there early as the queues are usually massive!

Just managed to get through after a 45 min wait! Apparently, the reason the wait is so long is because loads of people camped outside the ticket office overnight, obviously not having read that you can only purchase tickets by telephone, so loads of the staff that were supposed to be manning the phones are having to work on the counters instead...

ring up, but don't follow normal options (3,1,1) but go t hrough to another option i.e Junior wolves etc.

Nightmare! I waited for about 25 mins in the Q once I got through...the website is saying that they'll sell 5000 today and have 1000 left.
Although if you add up the numbers - 14,000 STs 5000 wba that leaves 9000 to sell....where did the 3000 go to???? perhaps one for another thread....

Right, now im $$$$ing angry. I had planned to go to the ticket office today as early as possible to get in a queue to buy tickets. Then yesterday it was announced that tickets would only be sold via telesales. I stuck to the rules set by the club and have been phoning from work all morning to no success. My dad who has not had work today was also planning to go to the ticket office, has also been phoning all morning as telephone sales are the only way to buy tickets.
Problem is the statement released by the club was a load of $$$$$$$$ to try and stop people queing up outside. Not only are they selling tickets on the phone they are also selling them at the ticket office and online.
After ringing up all moring my dad was put in a queue held on for the time required (about an hour) and after managing to speak to someone got cut off. So not only has he wasted all this time on the phone when he could of gone to ticket office. He also has a ridiculous phone bill to pay for and no tickets to show for it.
It has not been a great morning.

Just selected option 3 as normal, then chose option 5 ('all other ticket enquiries')then option 2 (Junior Wolves?!!). Got through to someone in this department, asked to be put through to the ticket office & was put straight through & got 2 tickets straight away!! Took about two minutes in total.
Hope this helps the poor souls who've been sat in a queue all day...:)
