Or would Ward come in for Bothroyd? Craddock for Collins?

I'd prefer to stick with the 4-5-1, but using the pace of Craig Davies to cause problems from midfield. I'd also like to try Henry at right back - I heard he played there a bit for Stoke.

That looks ok.

I may actually swap Davies (C) for Bothroyd. He's on a bit of a good run....sort of.

I'd also like to try Henry at right back - I heard he played there a bit for Stoke.

I heard he was ineffective playing there for Stoke and hated it, which is the main reason he wasn't a regular in the Stoke team last season because he didn't get the chance to show what he could do in his strongest position!

I don't see why you would drop Little, one of this season's big plus points for many, in order to play Henry out of position... especially when Henry in his first-choice position has been ANOTHER of this season's plus points for many.

no1 for a cort keogh partnership?

I'd play Keogh in the hole, opening things up and setting up runs. That's where he seems to do his best work. Craig Davies would be replaced by whichever of our other forwards is finishing well.

I was thinking that earlier. A fit Cort with Keogh in support and our 2 new wingers could be good.

i think Cort would revel in this new team of wingers and crosses, and so maybe will Ward? Add to that the supposed skill and link up of Keogh...

There are more than one manager at Wolves it appears.

Not sure how we can put Keogh and Ward in our best 11 when they haven't started a game for us yet. They could end up being crap!

I'd go with that, other than Mulgrew, he has yet to impress. As for the front men, they are an unknown quantity, but lets face it, can't be any worse than what we have. C.Davies pace would be useful late on, or maybe partnered with Keogh.

John, now you are thinking!

Not easy to come up with a team when we haven't seen them all play, we'd just be peeing in the wind and making decisions based on hope and presumptions and not on facts.

A bit like most other threads on here then, I suppose.

Any team with Mark Davies in suits me.;)

And I'm waiting for someone to put:

Interesting to note how many "managers" on here have also picked Keogh in their best 11 - without even seeing him play!!

(Unless of course they've been watching Scunthorpe games all season!) ;)

From what I've seen of McIndoe he hasn't overly impressed me if I'm honest. From what I've heard of Ward he is quick, with a good left foot, not afraid to take on his man and knows where the goal is - not a bad set of attributes for a left sided attacker, surely?
