But we still need a new Steve Bull - any ideas?

The future's bright, the strikers orange, plus he has no left arm....no wonder we got him for a good price.

Does Keogh run like he's havin' a dump then?
new Steve Bull? ....try Steve Ward
No is the short answer and if Keogh is half as good as Mutchy we've got a good player.

He's not the new Andy Mutch, he's Andrew Keogh.

I'm sorry but Mutchy wasn't really that good boys and girls. In fact in front of goal he was positively awful. He was decent at nodding-on long balls and free/goal kicks, but at the time it worked. When SGB was out of the team, Jesus, we were pathetic.

Yeah,Andy Mutch was really bad.In 325 appearances,he scored 106 goals or approx 1 every 3 games.I mean.....what sort of ratio is that?Compare it to the goals/games stats of the current crop of strikers at the club(or even those of the last 10 years)and it's clear Mutchy would never have made the team.
Played for England at under-21 and B-international level? How did that happen? He was "positively awful" so why did Spurs try to buy him in '89? Were they crazy? And Bully must have been demented when he said"......Mutchy has certainly helped me make my name...."
It's just as well we got shot of him to Swindon(in the Premiership)before this talentless mercenary could inflict untold damage on the club........
I will need to see the DVD again to check but in the recent club release, I thought that Steve Bull said about Mutch that if he scored a goal in a game he was made up and he was not bothered about another. Whilst Bull would strive to get more.

Interestingly, there was a school of thought during the Bull/Mutch years that Mutchy was the better player of the two and, of course, he did go on to play in the premiership.
