Although the whole thing has been handled appallingly, I think it's important we don't lose sight of the issue at hand.
There is a small chance that our club could shortly fall into the hands of someone who thinks Jean-Alain Boumsong and Titus Bramble make a decent premiership central defence.
That to me is far important, than all this press frenzy. If Souness takes over today, he will be long gone in two yeas time with the clubs future in danger.
What are your thoughts? Do you want him?

I really want a don`t know on this one, simple reason is we are not aware of all the facts..
If Souness has a consortium and is willing to offer £20M plus further investments in the Wolves then fair play to him, I'm glad of his interest it is more than has been publicly shown in the Wolves in all the time the club has been up for 'sale'
What I'm really pleased about todays events is that Moxey's comments have put the mockers on Souness, he is either stupid or this is evidence of another interested party, this interested party has morgan enough money to go round.

I would welcome Souness and his backers with open arms.To have £20m + to invest they must be successful businessmen and not fools.They are obviously looking at making money out of Wolves long term and to do that they'll have to get Wolves in to the Premiership.I doubt if SJH would have turned his nose up at handsom profit if he had made Wolves in to a success.Thing was he didn't and he lost a lot of money.
I say give this consortium a chance.

A new vine is needed because this club is withering on the present one.
£20m won't get you very far the way Souness spends it. We are on better path at the moment even if certain things still p$$$ me off. The reality is that as fans we can't realistically assess the merits of Souness or anyone else's bid versus the current regime without knowing a hell of a lot more.

Souness is media-addicted, but nobody cares about him at present. He just wants his name in the news.
He'll toy around until he gets bored, and sell us to the first tom, dick or harry who expresses an interest.
Unfortunatly that might be Harry Bhatti....

Whether it's the Souness Consortium or whoever doesn't really bother me.
What i would like to see is the end of the Hayward regime,his sons have no interest in the club,his own enthusiasm is waning which is understandable i suppose at his age,and finally i'm just fed up of being constantly reminded that everything great about the Club is down to him.

Hayward be gone. i am sick and tired of you running our club like your own play thing, lavishing gifts one minute and then taking all your toys away the next. All the misleading statements, if not downright lies, coming out of Molineux must stop. Our esteemed CEO comes out with implausible statements about the sale, and then has the nerve to say that WWFC do not conduct their business in the media. Well excuse me, but phoning in to speak live on BBC radio from a tax-haven sounds pretty public to me.
hayward asked for £20 millions, rather publicly, to invest in the team. Someone has come up with the money and all this shows is that once again we are not being told the truth. What is the truth Hayward/Moxey, what other conditions (such as how much money you want for yourselves?) are attached to this so called "sale"?
Hayward be gone, you are now becoming rather tiresome.

Just out of interest, is there any solution to the Wolves board and investment situation that would actually make you happy????

I have never screamed hayward out.
I simply can't see Souness ending in anything other than tears.
He's an egomaniac on an ego trip, and the club (and Mick McCarthy) will be collatoral damage.
As for a positive suggestion - how about Randy Learner?

We DID achieve promotion. OK we f**cked up soon after, shame on the board for that. I will always be grateful to SJH, but be puzzled with his partnership and obvious regard for Jez bloody Moxey.
If he is/has been/will be so frigggin good why has no bigger, better club snapped the bloke up?
