Wonder Boyo 13-12-2006, 15:34 Sounds like he is having a very good season. Maybe a little old now at 33 for an English club to come in for him though. Details here: http://home.skysports.com/list.aspx?hlid=435047&CPID=131&clid=252&lid=2&title=Ganea+eyes+English+return Nashie 13-12-2006, 15:34 He's rubbish. Money grabbing mercenary! etc ;) Markwolf 13-12-2006, 15:44 Certainly more of a threat in the box than our impotent lot. Wardrobe_Wolf 13-12-2006, 16:03 He was only offloaded because he didn't fit into Hoddle's backwards formation. He probably be our top scorer now if he was still here. Mind you that's no massive task at the moment. yammer 13-12-2006, 16:14 He's exactly the type of player we are looking for at the moment. ProudWolf 13-12-2006, 16:20 He's exactly the type of player we are looking for at the moment. Definately. I'd take him on a 6 month contract in January. He was wasted under Hoddle as we hardly ever put the ball into the box and he also offered us far more than Frankowski ever did. stever 13-12-2006, 16:23 Lazy workshy fopp = Ganea robbeec 13-12-2006, 16:30 If he'd come back to us I'd welcome him! He loved the area and always seemed to give his all. The small bonus being he actually seemed able to score goals gaz kford 13-12-2006, 16:38 Lazy workshy fopp = Ganea And your point is. Wombourne Wolf 13-12-2006, 16:39 He would of been top goalscorer if was still here, unfortunatly his training ground bust up with O'Connor sealed his fate. leedswolf 13-12-2006, 16:45 He's been and gone. Get over it. stever 13-12-2006, 16:56 And your point is. He is lazy and doesnt want to work for the team, enough said. gaz kford 13-12-2006, 16:59 He is lazy and doesnt want to work for the team, enough said. He would fit in well then. :p EasternWolf 13-12-2006, 17:19 I think we were wrong to get rid of him and the same with Frankowski. Class is permanent. Wolves never played to the strengths of either of them. A good player doesnt become a bad player overnight, but they often seem to when they come here. Ok people will say that Frankowski still isnt scoring, but thats not to say his form would not return alongside some of the current strikers and our wing men (pick 2 from all 5 of them). Ganea especially would have loved it this year. stever 13-12-2006, 17:28 He still had the best celebration ever seen at the Mol when he launched himself into the crowd following the goal he got against???? Deutsch Wolf 13-12-2006, 17:34 Arsenal. Markwolf 13-12-2006, 17:36 Also Preston I think last year? wolfie smith 13-12-2006, 17:38 he'd be a snip at £1.7m, JEZ get on the phone he's the final piece:D Bend It Like Dennison 13-12-2006, 17:40 No surprise to me- $$$$$$$ing quality player, would easily bag 20 goals in this league if he played 30+ games. Treated abysmaly by Hoddle. gaz kford 13-12-2006, 18:22 No surprise to me- $$$$$$$ing quality player, would easily bag 20 goals in this league if he played 30+ games. Treated abysmaly by Hoddle. Who wasn't? I.E, Miller at Right back , Oakes Midfield , Nalyor Centre forward and Vio Left back in the changing rooms. Nashie 13-12-2006, 18:24 He was a battler and was our best finisher. Amazing to think we spent 1.4 million on Frankowski when we already had Ganea. EasternWolf 13-12-2006, 19:10 Wasnt there one time when it looked as if Oakes would be left back for a game? Was that under Jones or Hoddle?? Kenny-11 13-12-2006, 19:11 Wasnt there one time when it looked as if Oakes would be left back for a game? Was that under Jones or Hoddle?? That was under Jones. Away at Burnley when Lescott made his comeback. Essex Wolf 13-12-2006, 19:28 I think we were wrong to get rid of him and the same with Frankowski. Class is permanent. Ganea especially would have loved it this year. Agreed and he couldn't do much worse than the players passed off as forwards at Molineux these days. Tarcisio Mifsud 14-12-2006, 06:10 I liked the player and he had to leave because Hoddle did not want him in the team or in his plans, but one may ask, what were Hoddle plans, just playing the ball around without ever shooting. There were times when in the whole 90 minutes and more, our players only shot twice at goal. Then he brought Frans, when we had Ganea which could do a much better job as he could score goals, even if he did practically nothing throughout the match. What a waste of money by Hoddle. Ganea was an international players who in his days and before he was injured could play against any opponent and still manage to score at frequent intervals. It was Dave Jones wrong decision on preseason tour to Norway ( a very cold country, when players should go to a warm country in their preseasons tour) that got Ganea injured. If anything it was our team that damaged the player's reputation and not the other way round, for even in the premier he could battle very well against much stronger opponents, his goal against Arsenal is a case in point. Wish him well. John 14-12-2006, 07:45 He's been and gone. Get over it. It just seems to me that every single thread you comment on is to disagree with people who aren't happy or are discussing something they think shouldn't have been done. I didn't realise Wolves were currently flying high at the top of the Premiership. leedswolf 14-12-2006, 10:27 LW can i ask a question? Do you ever disagree with anything the club does? It's a discussion board and primarily I agree or disagree on what is posted by the contributors. |
