In addition, if this is the total so far (including Sunderland fans), we've probably only just sold 20,000 tickets. You can't even give them away these days!

With a week to go that is pretty impressive, even if it's including away fans I doubt they've sold all 3,000. With another week to go if this is the case I guess it will sell out.

in actual fact you have to take away the ST holders for tickets sold for this particular game so I would give a rough guess at 9000 sold so far which nowdays isn`t bad for a friday night TV game..

Agreed John, do it for a Sat KO and I might just turn up, After the intitial withdrawal symptoms, I am now finding other things to do, the longer others and myself are absent the harder it will be to get us back. If Moxey knows anything about selling a product he should realise this and be quick about it..

this is what the woman at the ticket sales said when i went to get my ticket Thursday anyway, but from what she said there expecting it to be a big crowd anyway.

Sadly the Wolves seem to put on their worst displays when we're on TV or have attracted a larger than usual crowd.
Hoping they break the habit against Sunderland, because it's a pig of a jouney up the M1- M6 on a Friday afternoon!

I have just tried to book my 5 extra tickets only to be told they are sold out in J8 where I sit, there are also no tickets in J6 or J7 so I've had to go for the wings in J9, the way things are going there will be few to sell on the turnstiles on the night, so anyone thinking of going, especially if theres a few of you, I would book in advance.

my Thursday / Friday is perfectly planned with a day's holiday.
Thursday midnight - beer and cricket on the box
Friday 7am - off to bed after cricket
Friday 3pm - drive to Wolvo for game

SUnderland have almost sold their allocation. If you leave it late getting tickets on thursday in the wolves end you could phone up the sunderland hotline on friday, collect ticket from wolves ticket office, and sit with the sunderland fans. More likely to be sold out first in the wolves stands.
