Statistically, you are now more likely to know someone who is in prison than you are to know someone who attends matches at Old Trafford. Obviously, everyone knows someone who needs locking up and also they know someone who claims to be a Man United fan.
I have the ideal answer to the problem of the constantly increasing capacity of Old Trafford and of the prison population rising. Man United should play at the new Wembley Stadium, near to where most of ther fans live and all prisoners should be locked up in Old Trafford and forced to watch Gary Neville.
Cue the bleating of human rights campaigners, moaning that being forced to watch Gary Neville is too brutal.
