The kid seems to be red hot at the moment. If things don't go well this weekend, I'd give him a first team place and see how he does.

For a second there I thought you were declaring a fatwa upon the good members of MM.

American Wolf – do you mean "LEON CLARKE"?

No, I mean Ijaha, first year academy kid. He scores in every academy game, seems to have loads of promise, don't see why he doesn't deserve a proper run out. He was a sub in today's friendly, I was under the impression he didn't play.

He's only 16, I'd rather see Liam Hughes given a go..must be more effective than Clarke or Cort.

The forwards are doing well at the moment, its the lack of creativity that is the problem.

If he's good enough he's old enough. I'll hold my hands up though and say I have no real knowledge of him, so you could well be right.

...Or wrong.

blimey, we've got 2 of the most exciting forwards we've had for a long time ( Jay & Jemal ) yet some of you still want more!! the lad will come through if he's good enough.

Well you can never have too much of a good thing Ashley.

That's what I keep telling the missus anyway, just before I plug her chair in.

You're saying, in all seriousness that a boy with no 1st team experience at all *must* be more effective than a man who was Wolves best outfield player in the last game and another who has played Premiership football and once commanded a fee of 7M pounds?

On what basis do you come to this conclusion?

Is this the guy we got from Chelsea?

I remember when we said the same about Leon Clarke!

Let the professionals decide when Ijaha is ready to step up!

Oi! Leon was our best player when he came on Saturday.

Let's not go overboard, he did quite well, but Johnson was far more dangerous, even from wide areas.

Ricketts was our best player in the second half.

Ricketts was our best player in the second half.

I noticed that. Ricketts saw that their keeper was frightened of the ball hitting him, so he kept kicking it straight at him. What a tinker he is.
