Switched on my computer this morning and for some reason when i browse the internet in Firefox it seems i've lost all my bookmarks, does anyone know why?

No, but i want to know why firefox won't let me use my forward and back
buttons on my mouse to navigate from webpage to webpage! Frustration!

You may have reloaded firefox by mistake and overwritten the bookmarks, (I did that).
You will find them if you browse windows explorer under 'favorites' then recopy back to bookmarks.

No, but i want to know why firefox won't let me use my forward and back buttons on my mouse to navigate from webpage to webpage! Frustration! Try configuring the buttons in your mouse software again. Mine works fine with Firefox.

I think you've accidently loaded a new firefox profile. If you're on XP you can just roll it back anyway.

If that doesn't work then load IE up and save the bookmarks you have in there as a file. Then import them in Firefox. Better than having nothing at all even if they aren't up to date.Edited by: The Bear

Go into your help files on XP and look for System Restore Wizard. You
can then specify a time or date to roll your system back to.
