A couple of my non-season ticket holder mates are desperate to go to the WBA fixture in October & were wondering if there might be any STH's on here who aint going could lend them their supporter numbers or sort them tickets. Anyone who can help I have been told will recieve a very generous 'admin' fee.
Thanks.
Yes, I'll pm you mine.
Adult only?
No fee required btw, unless you want to donate it to my u-9's football side

To be fair your mates should get nothing. There will probably be actual season ticket holders who won't be able to get a ticket, and i'm sweating on getting one even though i have been to two away games so far this season.

We're not that well supported these days. You'll get a ticket no problem.

We're well enough supported to sell out our allocation for West Brom, especially as it's not on TV. We've got 14,000 STHs and we'll get 5,000 tickets for the Hawthorns, tops.
I don't doubt we'll sell out, i just think a STH who wants to go enough will get a ticket.
They'll use the point scheme probably.
Oh and I'll be shocked if WBA give us the whole stand unless the police tell them to do so.
Haven't done it with Villa & Blues over the past 2 years.

Thats because it was in the PL. They've always given us the entire Smethwick end in the past.

it'll be the only time this season the $$$$'ll get a full house, bunch of inbreds
we will only get half the smethick end this year, the reason we have had the whole end in the past was there was no segregation in the stand itself, now the albion have that then expect no more than 2800 tickets

You mugs, I hope you silly season ticket holders give your supporters numbers to a bunch of hooligans who get you banned from Wolves as it'll be your number they have and have purchased the ticket with. If the club have any sense it will be telephone applications only and the tickets will be sent to the successful applicants addresses. Up the rights of the loyal season ticket holder!!!!

I cant see them having both sets of fans in the same stand. Im sure they gave Blues and Villa the whole end last season.

Really cannot see Albion only giving us half the Smethwick.
Can you imagine how many coppers would be needed to segregate the two sets of fans???
I reckon we'll get the whole of the smethwick, approx 5000.
I honestly don't think we'll sell out. Sunday noon kick-off, potential for huge trouble, support lacking generally etc etc

come on get real , we aint played at the hawthorns for about 5 yrs there will be HUGE demand for tickets and we will get the whole of the smethwick end
i know that me being a season ticket holder i have a good chance of getting a ticket BUT why should people who dont have season tickets and havent been up the wolves for yrs get tickets ???

Regardless of the 'admin fee,' I think your non season ticket holders mates should wait until tickets go on sale to the general public as it is not fair on STH who do want tickets.

Bit of a strong sssumptive post?!
Just a couple of mates who are back from Uni for the weekend who want to see the match. Hardly a crime is it?! And if you saw them I think that would reassure you- they'd probably be too scared to complain if they got given the wrong pie!!

No mate, common sense. Supporters who give their supporters numbers away are asking for trouble, particuarly for games such as this. In addition I would find it most disrespectful as this could stop a season ticket holder getting a ticket when they have pre paid for the priority. ITS A DISGRACE!!!

Should have had faith and backed the boys through the Early Bird! But I'm sure that you will find a season ticket holder thats not going and you will get a ticket using their supporters number as this seems to be the trend! And if watching this game isn't worth £35 travelling then you have to ask do you really deserve a ticket!!!!!!!!!!!!!

According to the Ticket office today, the Albion tickets (aprox 2800) will be initially offered to fans with a points tally of 1040 points. That is a STH who has purchased tickets to four away games - on the day Albion tickets go on sale. The points tally will then drop each couple of days until all tickets are sold - just like Cup match V Arsenal two seasons ago.
The entry could start at 1020, it all depends on how sales go for next few away games. SO, if you're a STH and desperate to go, get on down to the ticket office and make sure you get your Leeds, Barnsley and Cardiff (from 9th) tickets, coz you will come before any STH who has not been to an away game this season.
As that game show says - "Points make prizes"!

Having entered middle age recently, I can remeber back around 1980 when Wolves fans used to try to set fire to the Smethwick End after every game. Ticket allocation was never a problem in those days, a few hundred Wolves fans would just sneak into the Brummy Road end and reap havoc untill turfed our of the ground by the police. On the way back to get the train, the police used to create entertainment by running us back too Smethick West with the dogs. When we got their, $$$$$$e Fans would appear fron the flats that used to stand next to the station, only to be chased off by wolves fans....
Despite all of the brovardo, I'd much rather have a good seat in a comfortuble stadium and access to mdern day facilities provided by clubs today in a none threatening enviroment, however, we used to be a little more resourcefull than you lot then!!!
PS, its 12:30 am and i'm going to bed so forget spell checking!!!!
