How many different forums do we want. Too many forums dilute the main one. Polls were taken about this and they showed that most did not want the separtation.
Like it or not this may still be the best forum for Wolves but it has lost a lot of the energy the old E&S site had. I am saying this because I think it is a pity.

looks like an RSS feed to me, an out of date one at that.
A lot of old vital wolves news.
the cheesy messages at the bottom are cringeworthy as $$$$$$...

Can we have a separate forum for the closet Sunderland fans that keep clogging this one up with trot about their manager/chairman etc?
good idea imo--sometimes the news gets buried in the main section--nice to have a quick overview sometimes.

its a way of syndicating news from other websites and then republishing it within your own site.

There's no discussion there, so what has it diluted? Its just the news stories that used to be on the front page. If you don't like it, don't look. :)

When I saw this news section the first thing I looked for was to see if there was a sticky to explain it. There wasn't therefore this thread.
I'd have thought it was fairly self explanatory to someone as intelligent as your good self. ;)
The OT forum has worked out well in any case.
After logging in I was excited to see that there are 223 new posts since my last visit. Plenty of interesting and varied debate on the ins and outs of the mighty Wolves to read, I thought. Can't wait.
Imagine my disappointment when I realised that 157 of them are on the song assosiation thread and 33 others are eastern wolf letting everyone know he was 'on a wind up'. :(

I can't see the point in it as it wastes the sites monthly bandwidth.
Just a sticky with the newsnow link would be much better.
