The perfect moment for Sunderland to wake from the dead and keep Tescos below us, where they belong. Here's hoping...:

Sunderland 1 WBA 0

I reckon 2-1 Sunderland.

I fancy (hope) Sunderland to turn things around today.

Backs against the wall, being written off, facing one of the league's 'big hitters' and being watched by their prospective new manager.

Come on Sunderland, do the biz!

They can turn it around after we've played them at Molineux on 25th November. Until then they can keep losing.:)

I would prefer it, if Sunderland turn it around on Sunday 8th April.

Keane will do a brilliant job there...

If sunderland are 40 million in debt why are they spending 20 million in the transfer market . Wouldn't they be better advised to clear their debts rather than get into more debt.

I'm not really bothered but would like it to be a draw. Don't want Sunderland to win to kick off the new era under Keane and for obvious reasons don't want to **** to win!

AndyP

Sunderland'll lose I think. That Albion line up should $$$$ all over them. I'd like to see a draw aswell though. We're gonna have to be 100% behind Big Mick when the vicious pikey $$$$$$ comes down with his new team. I cant see them shaking hands after the game!

Seems the commentators think our Mick should have been given the chance to take Sunderland back up and that he made some great signings for them with little money available. I prey if we go up in the next two seasons that we have owners who are still interested in the club and support the manager.

They mentioned him but I can't remember his name.....2-0 now to Sunderland. Are Albion going to spiral down the league like Wolves did after our relegation and end up with a mediocre season?

Glen Hysen would of been proud of his son's defensive clearance in the first half, other than that he looks like a decent player.

I can't wait for the next Wolves game against Leeds. Last season I continued to listen to the games but wasn't really that bothered as it was all so boring. Leeds will be a big test for us and a good result will really cement MM and the team with the fans.

Was 'Lee' on there, the one who wants to dismember Bryan Robson?

I have just heard the best high pitched rant ever on Talksport. Robson is crap and must go, I will never go and watch em again while he is manager. Roy Keane will be the same for Sunderland.

It was top quality. I was seriously close to tears of laughter.

High-pitched? That's because they haven't reached puberty.......

I don't see the Sandwell Town loss being anything more than a small blip on their season though. As long as Robson doesn't slur his words too much in training then they should be there or thereabouts come May 07.

So someone buy the man a drink, quick!

Their squad's about as good as ours was this time two years ago. Our manager(s) arsed it up and Robson will do the same for them.

there are very interesting parallels with us 2 years ago when we came down. too many players think they only have to turn up to win anything.

its so nice that its not us in that predicament anymore

I know exactly what you mean but let's face it - just where would Wolves had got if the halfwits with the ability had the desire as well? In many cases I'm pretty glad to see them back of them.
