Ok, have to say I was not a backer before he was appointed. But am now fully behind him of course.

And he's doing a good job helping me out on that with his style - already the quotes on the website make him seem cheery and keen, and I like the fact that he is straight away saying how he is going to be getting on the phone straight away after the first training session to start talking to other managers about players to strengthen the squad.

Nice one, certainly looks like he takes a humorous approach to things but at the same time, he'll let them know who's boss.
