Saying all the right things in his interview about taking over at Sunderland. Have to admit there's part of me that hopes he makes a success of it too. Interesting, and possibly exciting, times ahead for the Sunderland fans.

Deutsch Wolf 03-07-2006, 18:27 Always comes across as a good man. Good luck to him in all but two games next season. By the way, this doesn't mean I endorse Steve Bull taking over Wolves, which some people would have you believe would solve all our problems. Ashley 03-07-2006, 19:05 i think he'll be leaving them by xmas after messing things up big time! Essex Wolf 03-07-2006, 19:32 i think he'll be leaving them by xmas after messing things up big time! Which if he did would be the decent and sensible thing to do, Haywards take note. OldWolvesfart 03-07-2006, 21:04 Always comes across as a good man. Good luck to him in all but two games next season. Now now Deutsch you must not take my earlier comments to seriously, comparing a Niall Quinn take over to maybe Bully / Ince/ ? could get some people together to take over from the Hayward family was only speculation on my part. Not suggesting Steve should have any say in managing the team, just playing a part as fund raiser. Deutsch Wolf 03-07-2006, 21:06 It's not you I was referring to mate. OldWolvesfart 03-07-2006, 21:09 It's not you I was referring to mate. I know, I was just rattling chains. |
