I remember a similar thing when we sank the Belgrano (Apparently we shouldn't have done that). As much as i think The Sun isonly useful forcheap toiletries its an apt front page. No doubt there's a few more born out of wedlocks out there need catching.

Might be worth abob ortwo to the likes of David Dickinson one day.

Till then, "does my bomb look big in this?"

Instead of takingthem through the courts they should havetheir bombs inserted uptheir anus's and detonated. Every Martyr deserves a second chance.

It would add a new twist to Guy Fawkes Night burning the born out of wedlocks in Hyde Park.Edited by: Papa Lupo

The usual jingoistic stuff the The Sun gives us but in laymans terms probably representative.

What really get's on my nerves, is that thesecriminally insane sheepwill be allowed to carry ongetting their mats out andbegging for an afterlife that doesn't exist while awaiting and during their time in prison. Why should they be allowed to carry on doing the very thing that made them do it in the first place?

I know it sets us apart from the savages in the world by treating people with dignity and all that, butit's a bitter pill to have to swallow given what these half wits tried to do.

As you say - isnt it the very fact that we allow others to hold
different faiths that sets us apart from these people? Given that
they're likely to spend the rest of their lives injail, letting them
pray is hardly a sacrifice (especially given that it could be argued
that not letting them pray would be an excellent recruiting tool for
anyone who wishes to recruit replacements....)

Precisely mate.

And when they did give themselves up they were crying about human rights.

Sorry, but I think they forfeited those a day or two ago.

smileys/smiley36.gif That made me chuckle as well (as well
as making me angry). "I have rights" Boo Hoo, you want to act like your
living in the 13th century then expect to be treated like you are. I'm
still waiting for Liberty or some other human rights organization to
come out and moan about it.

and also every defendant having the right to a competent defence.

Whilst the Sun loves a great soundbite (Up Yours Delors was classic), both they and the Mirror should realise that this sort of headline prejudices the chance of a fair trial which could actually result in a better chance of these people never being convicted. They should be keeping quiet and leave the being smug until after sentences are handed down.

Especially the Daily (or Sunday?) Mirror, who caused a costly retrial in the Woodgate/Bowyer affair by printing an article immediately prior to the verdict which could potentially have prejudiced the jury.

oh god that!

Article with the victims father saying he was glad Bowyer and Woodgate were going to be found guilty.

Or trial without ajury, being held without charge or the right to remain silent. The sooner ID cards arrive to save us the better.

The most expensive legal trials in British History awaits. Plenty of do-gooders, loads of advertising revenue, appearances on Oprah and Richard and Judy. Criminal Psychologists providing a detailed analysis of the perpetratorsbrainwashed state of mind. Have they found Mr Big yet?

The Sun will have a full length feature of the last few days of the alleged fugitives. It involved a lot of agrophobia, cleaning, vacuuming and burning of clothes. Eyewitness Doris Seenalot reports stranges goings on in flat, somewhat reminiscent of the 'Shake n Vac' advert.Obviously a case of mistaken identity - these men were TOO MAD to have committed these heinous crimes !!

smileys/smiley36.gif.Loft conversions and cellars a speciality. A magician as well, famed for his rope trick. At least Lord Longford has popped his mortal coil but you can bet somebody will surface to replace him.
