INFRACTIONS EXPLAINED.

Posters will be issued with an infraction if they break the forum rules. The amount of points awarded depends on the severity of the rule being broken or if the poster has had an infraction given for the same thing previously. When given an infraction it will say how long it will last. 3 points accrued will result in a 7 day ban, then 14 days and then a permanent ban.


• Post in the right forum! You may find yourself banned if you don’t.

• Use descriptive Topic Subject. This will help others find what they want to read. Topics with bad Topic subjects maybe deleted!

• Research your Post! Make sure you are not double posting, search the forum first certain points may have already been covered.

• No trolling. Don't make posts that are inflammatory just to annoy people.

• Personal Attacks. Criticise ideas, not people. Flaming will not be tolerated. This includes any material which the admin/mods deem to be overtly vulgar, defamatory, inaccurate, harassing, hateful, threatening, invading of others privacy, sexually oriented, homophobic, racist,
, or violates any laws.

• No pornographic, sexually offensive, sexually explicit material. This includes overly suggestive images, graphics, and comments.

• Do not post links to warez, warez sites or sites with pornographic or objectionable/illegal content (this includes links to illegal streaming sites).

• Respect the privacy of others. Do not post other's phone numbers, addresses, pictures, email addresses or any other private information without their permission.

• Each forum member may have only one account.

• Do not use objectionable language.

• Do not dig up old threads. If you want to continue an old discussion (older than 1 month), create a new thread and reference the old one in your post.

• NO Advertising. This forum is not free advertising space. Unless given prior permission by admin

• NO Spamming. No commercial posts or flooding the forum with useless content.

• Message content. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages.

• No Cap Locks. Please do not post messages with the subject or post all in capital letters, or your message will be deleted. Words all in capitals are not only annoying but are read 50% slower than normal writing. Persistent offending will result in the user being banned.

• Use English. This site is primarily an English language site so please ONLY post in English. Other languages can not be moderated and will be deleted.

• Deliberate attempts to defeat the swear filter (for example, by using alternative characters to represent letters) will result in the offending user being temporarily or permanently banned from posting.

• Petty arguments between posters will result in action being taken.

Signatures

• Signatures will be no longer than 4 lines inclusive of images.

• Signatures may contain 1 non animated image (max. 250 x 100 pixels).

• Signatures may contain a link to your personal site or sites that maybe of use to other members, No Blatant advertising!

• Signatures are expected to follow the same guidelines as posts.

Avatars

• Avatars must not be animated.

• Avatars are expected to follow the same guidelines as posts.

If you break the rules you run the risk of a ban, or your account being deleted/suspended altogether.

The decisions of the administrators/moderators is final and not open to discussion on the forum. This will result in an instant 3 point infraction.

Just an update these rules still stand.
