Did`nt work well against B`mouth when he made late changes we were so open at the back for the second goal, so i think back 4 would be a disaster against Chelsea.

Bournemouth are very organised and look at the opportunities we missed… We created good chances to score

Chelsea will come try and overload us and force the issue

Your likely right a back 4 isn’t a great option

However if we want to win the game we will need to score more than 1 goal

Getting the balance right is key

We need to use these games to experiment for the future

Not just be happy with a 0-2 loss and we tried hard …..

RE will apply the same first-half tactics as every other game, no matter if it's Chelsea or Brentford.

Do not concede and defend for your life, hope it is 0-0 and then assess with 15 mins left.

This is where RE needs to find a balance, it's like watching paint dry in the first half.

The trouble is we start from we need the extra CH, so we play 343. Then we realise we're getting overrun on midfield and we need an extra man in there, so that's turned into 352. Then we realise the midfield is too far from the attackers so one of the two plays almost in midfield and effectively we play 3511. Then we wonder why we can't score a goal.
