In some marvellous Thursday news, Rob has stated that Rodrigo is in contention to feature against Shrewsbury Town in The FA Cup on Saturday.

With him back the team is starting to pick itself, which is great. A mf of 2 x Gomes + Arias, Tolu up top supported by Mane. Same back 5 for me except Lima for Thatch. Not saying that will be the team for Saturday but things certainly looking up.In some marvellous Thursday news, Rob has stated that Rodrigo is in contention to feature against Shrewsbury Town in The FA Cup on Saturday.
Lets hope we see that in the next few weeks.Him and Mane in the same 11 could be more than a bit tasty!!!!
Needs experience & that comes from game time to improve decision making. He’s a great lad with an incredible level of energy.
Needs to work on his decision making.
I’d prefer to see him at RWB and see what him and Arias can do on that side. If Arias goes in Jan then agreed push him into the 3 and try Lima at RWB. What have we got or lose? Anything other than watching Jackson persistently shut down every potential progressive move in the right hand side. It must drive Arias crazy.Lets hope we see that in the next few weeks.
3-4-3 with those 2 behind Tolu, & Lima at RWB could be very exciting. By this seasons standards!
Would rather we had Lima at RWB & Rodrigo further forward.I’d prefer to see him at RWB and see what him and Arias can do on that side. Bumping this! And his finish tonight was absolutely lush.Regular goalscorer when he plays. Great he is back
Play him a second striker will be good in championship if we can give him another winger on the other side fatawu etc
Shame it won’t be for us …Will cause havoc next season
I would have thought he'd be one to stay?Shame it won’t be for us …
If we get a decent offer he’ll be gone.I would have thought he'd be one to stay?
TBH that's true for pretty much our whole squad. Promoted sides will love most of our team. If we are to do something next season we MUST hold on to him, the 2 Buenos, Mane and Krejci. A good start for a team re-build.If we get a decent offer he’ll be gone.
Utterly bizarre he doesn’t get much game time.
Or he does that because he knows hes only got 20-30 mins?Given the way he runs around sprinting after everything like a dog with two dicks I can see why he's seen as an impact sub for the last 20-30 mins of games rather than starting.
I'd start him on Friday, though.
It has always been his best position in my opinion.RE seems to favour using him as a forward. I wonder if that’s just because we are short of options there or if he sees that as his best position?
