I’ve got tickets for the Maidenhead away game but you have to buy them from their official site not ours

Noticeable that Joao Gomes left out of the photos. Could just about make him out in the background of photos. None of Tolu, Johnstone, Enso, Boubacar or Mosquera either if that means anything or not.

Who's not been seen & should be there? Is it just johnstone & gonzalez?

Sorry, this is regarding the preseason Heerenveen debacle. Has anyone who had booked flights/hotels been compensated by the club? I emailed last week, as directed by the club, stating the expenditure we have incurred, but they have not responded. So, I phoned today and was told that the club are still considering their position. Has anyone been told different to this?

I was offered about half of what I was owed .. We managed to cancel accommodation but only received partial refund on flights , showed wolves the difference and they offered us half....haven't accepted yet as still arguing...

Be 2 of us about £150 each out of pocket if that's their stance....

Complaint has gone a lot higher...

Thanks for the info. I’ll keep you informed on how I get on. I did notice that Burnley managed to get a friendly against Ajax on the 26 July.

Emailed our expenditure last week as requested (non refundable flights, hotels and museums). Email from fan services to say they'd get back this week. Nowt yet.
For the Korean trip got told we'd be refunded 1 day before we were due to fly (we would have still gone if no refund), but cancellation was at a later stage than this one

Got a reply last week to say that there would be a meeting to discuss and would hear back this week.
Hopefully they haven't had a meeting yet! Because the response today was not what we expected.. Especially after working hard to get the bill down to a lot more reasonable amount ....

Same here. Had free cancellation on accommodation, got taxes back from flights so would be a nice gesture if Wolves refunded the lot. It's less than €100 each.

Do we know how many supporters are likrly to be putting in claims? Might affect club’s generosity.

That is shocking. Hope you get your money back. Our people in charge need to do far far better than this.

I have received an email from the club detailing their offer of compensation. The club request that you try all avenues to claim refunds ie insurance, travel company etc. They are offering £150 per person for travel costs and £75 per person for accommodation, as a measure of goodwill. Obviously, they are requiring proof of flight and hotel bookings. Personally, the wife an l will be down £500+.

Apologies, just seen the previous email.
I think the decision stinks when you consider how the club wastes money.

I just disappointed as I was looking forward to going .it's a good craic pre sea games abroad....

We didn't have cancellation on the digs but ibis refunded straight away when we explained what happened which was a bit of luck....

If they honour the £150 pet person for flights we won't be massively out.....i normally get decent information regarding away pre season games so have probably benefitted in the past being tipped off but this summer has been hard work really...

This is always the problem with these owners. They say one thing to make you think "fair play Fosun, you've done the right thing here" and then they row back, leaving a worse taste in your mouth than if they'd just not bothered in the first place. It's why I was so surprised they actually stuck to the 25% season ticket reduction (although, they're still higher than they should be for second tier football).
