If West Ham loses the next 3 (Fulham, City and Villa) and we beat Brentford, we'll be 3 points of West Ham if we then beat them. Obviously catching Forest (or Spurs!) is the big issue. But looking at Forest fixture list there will be at least 4 games where I dont think they get points, probably more.

Now the real joy of course would be to pass a free falling over Spurs on the last day of tge season..

Even took a peek at the fixtures of West Ham, Forest and Spurs. The stat that killed it for me though was the games played. 30. We have run out of games. Win the next 2 and maybe I'll reconsider! It's the hope that kills you.
