One player to keep an eye on is Amario Cozier Duberry on loan at Bolton from Brighton.
Maybe put in a permanent bid for him in January if Brighton will sell.

I can see us going for more home grown players than foreign players in January. Such as Ross Barkley, Harrison Reid, Harry Wilson and David Brookes.

Teti, the disaster, has gone and I don’t think we will be very reliant on Mendes.

Looks like Matt Jackson could be in charge of recruitment, which I think will lead to more home grown players signing.
 
Can see Gomes going to Man Utd on loan in January with a view to buy in Summer.
We'll get a decent loan fee and they pay his wages then obligation to buy for about £40m

Watched him during the time of our interest. He didn't look that good, so I'm not surprised this has turned out as it has. The whole thing seemed desperation. Maybe it fooled Palace into FOMO! I also wont' be surprised if a player apparently deemed not good enough by a mid-table PL team, will now be signed by us as part of our "aquiring the players nobody else wants" strategy.

There's certainly no guarantee he gets in to this United team, this season. He'd probably come on for Casemiro after about 70 mins.

Hobbs tried to sign him on a free from Arsenal last year, but he chose Brighton instead, as they offered a clear pathway to first team football on top of being a more attractive club.

£40m!. Make that £60m-£70m should he go at all...next summer. Why do people like you constantly under value our best players? Always so negative and small club mentality. The paltry £31m for Ait Nouri still remains a scandal imv...and then we are told there is no money to spend and we land up with fifth choice crap. How NOT to run a football club.
