Jackson Tchatchoua

We need a winger .

Bin off his defensive duties and put him with the forwards coach .

He’s here, he’s contracted and effectively he is redundant as a RB now Lima is here

We had the exact opposite with Adama . He couldn’t defend well enough for WB and didn’t want to play there .

Nothing to lose . Give him forward licence to use his pace and attack . Try it out v Shrewsbury. It’s a free swing with Lima or Doc behind in 4141 . If he tanks , hook him for Rodders at half time.

He can actually cross a ball and he has raw pace . He just looks shackled and doesn’t know whether to **** shave or haircut when the ball comes to him half the time
The trouble is that he cant seem to run WITH the ball? He can only run on to the ball.
If we played 4-4-2, with him as the wide MF, it might work If we parked him on the halfway line & told the others to play long balls 10 yards in front of him, behind the FB.
We’d need Tolu & Mane to keep up with him tho!

Hes puts the occasional decent cross in but 9/10 he over hits it or scuffs it. He simply does not have enough ability to play in forward areas. I'd get him sold ASAP get our money back on him.

I wonder if he might actually be better suited to playing RCB in our system.
Or CCB/ Sweeper. Can he pass, can he play long balls out to the position he should actually be in (RWB, think Doc in his prime)?

This is correct, I think. He's the complete opposite of Traore in that regard. Has only attempted 11 take ons all season, and only three of them have been successful. The two of them down the same side would be glorious, and not necessarily for the right reasons.

Would be much happier to see him try and fail than trap, stop, pass back, move over.

He has speed to burn, can leave most full backs for dust......but does not seem to want too - I really hope he comes good but less than 50/50 he is going to......(for us anyway)

Played to the benny hill music and it’d go viral!

Bambi on Ice with no idea to do what to do with a football.

He improved today. It took Adama ages to learn to cross, shoot or pass but he learned to & then we all loved him

Have to be fair, Adama up until his final ball (whether it be a cross, shot, pass or we couldn't work out what he meant) was dynamite and got the crowd up every time he got the ball. Tchatchoua is miles off what Adama was. He's just quick (arguably quicker)

He doesn’t even sprint back really, most the time he’s jogging on the half way line being overtaken by everyone.

The forward/CM has to get back and cover him, as Arias did when conceding the penalty.

Like Munetsi, another absolutely dreadful footballer who doesn’t even try to make up for it off the ball.

Reinventing history Peng. Adama never really learned those things. We loved him for the excitement and rarelyfor any end product.

Would love to see the stats for completed pass between Jackson and Sa/Johnstone this season. He's just a very poor player hopefully Rodrigo being fit and Lima returning we can start to see less of him.

I am one who does not think we should give up on Harri. Agree he doesn’t take on FB as often as he should (& seemed happier to do v Shrews), but think his crosses usually are better than Adama’s used to be. He still has stuff to learn, but isn’t the first who has needed a bit of time to settle into a new club/country/culture.

Give him a bit of support & slack Mixers!

Pay bargain basement prices, get basement quality (largely, unless you can buck the mould). Not to mention our year-on-year shrinking of the wage budget rendering us as totally uncompetitive in the transfer market. It's no wonder we consistently end up with our 5th or 6th target nowadays. **** FOSUN.
Peanuts, monkeys.....

That's cos he's a sprinter.
If he's just sprinted foreward, he ll need to rest going back

We seem to have set ourselves up as very good payers for a championship team and low payers for a premier league one and to the surprise of very few players don’t want to come here .

If that doesn’t change , plenty of heads will be turned . There are three or four in our squad who will be sought after . It’s a shame our wage restrictions and fiscal structure imposed by the owners won’t allow those 4 to be built on .

It may be a business but it’s one that relies on fan support to thrive and I don’t think Fosun have a care about the majority who go week on week

He was the one player for me on Saturday who looked at a similar level to the opposition.

Can’t really blame him for not being there for the penalty. We were on the attack so he’d started to go forward then Hwang passes it behind Arias straight to their player leaving Jackson stranded.

It's comical how many times our players look up, see he is free, and pass it to someone else. Seems the feeling here is mirrored on the pitch.
Arias didn't pass to him.
