Complete Summer Rebuild….over to you.

That's why its a forum we are allowed to have different views.

Remember textor people rather fosun fair enough.

It's a huge summer ahead we need need to be backed financially to secure the new wave of talent and return to the PL
Of course people can have views over whether the morality of who owns the club matters in an abstract sense, that's fair enough. I was just making clear that my point wasn't that, it was that discussing Musk is daft as there's absolutely no chance of it happening. If people want to tell me I hate the guy because an algorithm tells me to then they can do it on the politics forum.

Correct - life is life we aren't quite robots just yet.

Might be wrong, but it seems ages since we renewed the contract of a first team player? We must have a number with 1-2 years left.

How long, for example, have the 2 Bueno's and Yerson got left?

Yerson signed a new five year contract with a further one year option in Mar 25.

Santi and Hugo both signed five year contracts in 2023. Unsure what if any options are included.

Something that badly needs doing to break the cartel at the top.
if villa cash rich and newcastle owners get restricted what hope have we got? Wrexham have more chance as they have huge income growth off other streams all geared up for the prem

You have to laugh how we have been left behind by little wrexham

He performed a nazi salute as part of a speech, plus just look at who his father is.

He's all over the Epstein files, for example he asks "what day/ night will be the wildest party on your island".

I don't really know why I'm wasting my time, I'm sure you can use Google yourself.

We are owned by a Chinese business, who I am sure have some unsavoury practices somewhere along the line. However I don't recall Guo being mixed up with a child rapist, and actively trying to get himself involved in events where women and children were trafficked and raped.
He performed a nazi salute. ok mate. lol

You are an idiot mate. On this topic and many others. Long thought it.
Hahaha..
Are you kidding?….I know a lot about it …….by reading and studying it over many years. But you can have the last word as this would quickly turn into politics/history.

However, I won’t have a battle of wits with you…..it’s cowardly to attack an unarmed man

If DW doesn't like your world view it's a badge of honour. I'd be worried if he thought I was like him. So let him rant on and keep your peace.

Indeed……it’s why I won’t bother responding to whatever he says.

Honestly, Harry Eccles is one of the biggest ********* on the internet.
I haven't got a clue who he is, never heard of him. Came off Twitter after Musk turned it into a toxic cesspit. Just searched for the clip of Musk doing the Nazi salute and it was a nice short clip. Btw, just in case you're tempted, I have no desire to learn more about who this guy is, so no need to inform me!

I was interested to hear Stuart Pearce say on Talksport ( Psycho is excellent on there, not that he has much competition    ) that he feels Mateus would be far better staying at Wolves at least for another season than becoming bench warmer and playing in Under 21 games for one of the bigger Premier League clubs.

100 percent another year with us would set him up

Has Musk even uttered the words Wolverhampton Wanderers? I doubt it so it's a pointless discussion.

I see Rudoni and Wright scored again for Coventry yesterday. They were players I was saying we should e looked at, they'll be in. The premier next season now. We should be identifying the best of the mid to lower table championship players like Fatawu

To be fair.

We had Rudoni in the bag last Jan only for Cov to pull the plug last minute.

Us not signing him isn’t own the club or ownership missing a trick

Ryan Reynolds has been very very clever maximizing his platform and wider investments to benefit Wrexham.

The fact he has achieved that and Fosun, an investment based business with fingers in many pies couldnt more than a bit embarrassing for our owners……..

Tom Brady I bet will grow birminghams revenues by more than Fosun have with us also……

We have penny pinchers who bought us to set up other avenues for them, not to grow this club.

We have owners of a football club who see the football club as an inconvenience

Then why is the club not up for sale?

I know we could have a significant war chest of money if Fosun let young shi spend it, but even if they do, it's a really tall order to build a championship winning side in one window. No matter who they sign there will be a couple of duds and a couple of injuries that upset the best plans - and let's be honest we don't really have the players who are going to want to stick around to get us back up.

Not to mention it's a tough league to get out of, we really need some fit hard running players that are up for the fight.

We DO have decent players who I think will stick around - the Buenos, R Gomes and Mane, hopefully. With others more than enough to build a team around.

Might be the post-match win high , but I'm beginning to think that rather than a full rebuild, we actually have the nucleus of a squad good enough to challenge for promotion next season. The key is in persuading some players to stay, who will most likely get better offers.

Andre and Joao are off, for sure. It's players like Krejci, Mosquera, both Buenos, Rodrigo, Mane, maybe even Sa, who I think will be in demand but would do very well in the Championship. Keep that defence together, also hoping that a season in the Champs would be good for Tchachoua as he is finally looking an asset, surely his speed will rip that league up? Possibly even Toti, too. Arokadare should be fine at that level.

It's that central midfield that is going to need to be rebuilt, a crucial area that we often got very wrong in the pre-Neves/Moutninho days. (and Rae/Cameron).

Have said all along, we lack quality but always did have more quality than the ultra-poor teams of the past, the Derbys/Barnsleys/Lutons/Albions etc. We're better than the side Terry Connor took down, too.

The other I've said is that the rebuild needs to be at the top end of the club. That's the rotten part that cast the shadow over the club that led us to this position.

Think we need to offer those players you’ve mentioned big bonuses or no drop in wages for a season and well have a really good chance at promotion.
